To rent a motorcycle from Mr Pop Chiang Mai, riders must possess a valid motorcycle license. International riders should carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) as per Thai regulations. You agree to provide valid documentation via WhatsApp for pre-verification.
Using our WhatsApp service allows for faster booking and support. You agree that digital confirmations sent via WhatsApp serve as valid records of your booking requests.
The renter is responsible for following all local traffic laws in Chiang Mai and Thailand. Helmets must be worn at all times. Mr Pop Chiang Mai is not responsible for fines or legal issues resulting from traffic violations.
Any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Specific insurance coverage details will be outlined in your physical rental agreement signed at the time of vehicle handover.
Cancellation policies discussed over WhatsApp are binding. Security deposits are required for all rentals and will be returned upon the safe return of the motorcycle.
